All orders are sent to processing immediately after the it has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, please double check your order before finalizing your purchase. 

Processing and shipping time is 7 - 14 business days. 

Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been sent out for shipping, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

To exchange, customers must contact our support team at kingdomlivingshop@gmail.com for return instructions. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be unworn and in original packing! (No deodorant stains caused during fitting) Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). 

If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges will apply. If the exchange includes a new item with an additional cost, an invoice will be sent for the difference in balance. 

Once items are received by our customer service, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Yes, International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. Once your package reaches the country of destination, it is your responibility to pay duties and taxes upon arrival.

The white lines wash off after your first wash, it's a pretreatment that is applied to the shirt before the design is printed on to insure the design stays vibrant and long lasting.
